If you live in the Accra Metro area, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 24-48 hours.
2-3 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING
If you live in other parts of The Greater Accra, Ashanti and Western regions you can expect to receive your item(s) in 2-3 business days.
5-7 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING
If you live in Cape Coast, Ho and Sunyani delivery can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
7-10 DAY SHIPPING
Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. Additional time and charges may apply for remote locations.

DELIVERY POLICIES & TIMING
We currently deliver within Ghana only. At this time we are not able to ship to Other African Countries or abroad - However, you can order from our UK Partner for International deliveries to over 200 countries.
We ship to PO Boxes: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Actual delivery times will vary based on your location. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items qualify for Same-Day Delivery, the order will ship when all items are available to ship. Long distance shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.
DELIVERY DAY BASICS
PC24 Stores transports your purchases utilizing the quickest and most economical methods possible.
• The delivery company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery and provide you a timeframe.
• Someone over the age of 18 must be home to sign off for the delivery of your new purchase.

• Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your new refrigerator will fit
• Delivery times are generally 7-10 days (if you live in a remote area it may take additional time and charges may apply)
• Verify your existing electrical and water connections (see aligning spec sheet)
• Empty and unplug your old refrigerator
• Water valve (shutoff) needs to be within 6ft. of hook up
• Connect to code compliant, existing electric and plumbing
• New parts must be used for all installs
• Install cannot be completed using old or existing parts
• Water and or gas service must be turned on in order to install and test appliance.
DISHWASHER DELIVERY BASICS
• Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your new dishwasher will fit
• Delivery times are generally 7-10 days (if you live in a remote area it may take additional time and charges may apply)
• Measure your rough cabinet opening
• Verify your existing electrical and water connections (see aligning spec sheet)
• Water valve (shutoff) needs to be within 6ft. of hook up

• A new electrical cord and dryer duct (for dyers only)
• A 240V electric outlet within 4 ft. of hookup

• Connect to code compliant, existing electric and plumbing

• New gas flex connection kit (and dryer duct if purchasing a dryer unit)

• Shut off valve must be located within 4ft of the appliance
• Connect to code compliant, existing electric and plumbing
