If you need to return something, first repack the item with all the tags still attached, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 7 days from the date on your dispatch note.

Choose one of our trusted carriers, print your returns label , then post it off. Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

For those outside Ghana, you've got 30 days from the date on your dispatch note.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are a customer in Ghana, you have a legal right to change your mind within 7 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 7 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 7 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.

For outside Ghana customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note or within 7 days of the date you receive the parcel. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging.

How do I return an item if I am outside the Ghana?

International Customers Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your address label with the boohoo returns label found on the bottom right of your delivery note, or download a new one from below.

3. Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, OR use any of our physical store presence. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a returns label included in your parcel. If you have misplaced this label, you can download a new one below. Remember to add your order number if you download a new returns label. This can be found in Order History in 'My Account‘.

How long does it take to process my return?

If you are a Ghana customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you within 7 days from the day we receive your items back from you or (if earlier) within 7 days from the day you provide us with evidence that you have sent them back to us. If you are an Ghana customer and you have returned faulty items and asked for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 days of the date we agree that you are entitled to a refund.

For other customers, it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item and the reasonable costs of return. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

If you are a Ghana customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you the price paid for your order and the costs of delivery to you, however we may make deductions from your refund for damage or wear and tear to items where you have used (or excessively handled) them and this results in the value of the items being diminished and we will not be required to refund you any costs you incur returning your order to us after exercising your right to cancel. In the event that we do not receive your rejected or returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we do not receive your rejected or returned goods and you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

How can I track the status of my return?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

We usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect. If you live in Ghana, and have cancelled your contract in accordance with Consumer Contracts, we will also reimburse your delivery charges if you paid for delivery. Please bear in mind we’ll only reimburse the cost of the least expensive delivery option. For example, if you originally ordered using the Next Day delivery service, you’ll receive a refund equivalent to the Ghana Saver delivery option.

We’ll process all refunds using the payment method you originally used to purchase your order.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes we offer exchanges. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice. It’s easy.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us via the contact us form stating the order number,with further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you’re a customer in Ghana, you get 7 days to cancel your contract with us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).

There are a couple of other ways to cancel your contract with us. You’ll find these alternative methods below:

If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us using the steps in the section above labelled How do I return an item? You`ll then receive a full refund as per the policy above.

Please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
